- A will is a legal document that provides instructions on how an individual’s property and custody of minor children, if any, should be handled after death.
Here at Clarksville Mobile Note, we have experience in working with various estate planning attorneys and law firms, and are established in handling pour-over wills, advanced health care directives, power of attorneys etc. We can assure that witnesses will be present for the signing. Once your signers receive their documents, we will also follow up with them to ensure that there are no revisions needed.

Wedding Officiant Services
As ordained wedding officiants of Tennessee, Clarksville Mobile Note and all of our agents take pride in providing the best officiant services. Our services range from simple ceremonies, courthouse weddings all the way to large wedding ceremonies with guests.
We Are Flexible
We are willing to accommodate our clients by including their preferences into the ceremony. We offer photography, incorporating any specific or requested wedding ritual or tradition, and we also travel to the location of our clients.
We offer three different levels of officiant services:
- Full (Large) Ceremony ($850+) - This is a full wedding ceremony with more than 20 guests, at a reserved venue. The wedding script will be a full one and include all parts of a traditional ceremony including vows and ring exchange.
- Simple Ceremony ($450+) - This ceremony is a simple one and not as long as the full ceremony. The duration may last anywhere from 25-35 minutes. Vows will still be recited and rings exchanged.
- Courthouse Wedding ($215+) - This is a simple ceremony performed at the county clerk office. This ceremony is typically short and to the point.
Our Policy
- For all wedding reservations full payment is due at the time of booking.
- A full refund may be issued up to 48 hours before the day of the ceremony itself.
- For same-day booked ceremonies, there is no refund
- If the client lives more than one hour away from our area code of 37040, an additional travel fee of $100 will be assessed. A separate invoice will be sent after the initial booking.
- Rehearsal fee is $75 (if needed)
- Additional element or ritual added to the ceremony, fee of $100 (sand ceremony, jumping the broom etc.)
